【2022-09-15】On September 14, 2022, the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPS) held a meeting to summarize 2022 NSFC funding application in conference Room 205. Liu Guoxiang, director of health science center, and Hu Xuedong, director of fund management framework for international cooperation projects, were invited. The meeting was hosted by Li Yizhou, vice dean of SPS. Ling Ming, secretary of the committee of SPS, Zhang Min, vice dean of SPS, and other faculties attended the meeting.

Hu Xuedong briefly summarized the results of 2022 NSFC funding application of Chongqing University and hoped faculties of SPS to get full preparations for the coming applications. Ling Ming encouraged coworkers to help each other.

Li Yizhou introduced the results of approved fundings of SPS: the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholar (1); General Program (4); and Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation (1). And he congratulated all the winners this year. Zhang Min, Feng Zhang, and Liu Zhengli as representatives shared their experiences in funding application preparation.

Finally, Liu Guoxiang concluded that SPS made progress in improving the funding approval rate in 2022, and emphasized the importance of full preparation ahead of time.
